Sally Robertson - 80th Celebrations

Sally Robertson celebrated her 80th Birthday this Monday 7th May at the Picton Tennis Club with friends. Sally has been a loyal and well respected member of the Picton Tennis Club for many years. Donating not only money but hundreds of hours of her time to running club acitivities, The committee felt it was high time Sally was honoured for her unwavering support & love of the game.

On Monday, Sally was presented with a sign & naming of court 1 the 'Sally Robertson Court'. A reminder to everyone of the tireless efforts of this remarkable individual.

Club Championships 2012

This year's club championships included ten events - The biggest since 1998.

This fantastic tournament was put together under the watchful eye of tournament director Krischan Keller who worked tirelessly to ensure all events ran over two weekends despite the weather.

Congratulations to the winners & runners up of the Saturday morning Juniors

Congratulations to the winner of Division 1 Jack. Jack played well throughout
the comp and kept his cool today to win 7-2 in the tie breaker Final.

 

Congratulations to Runner up of Division 1 Maighan. Wow what a battle...
The final set lasted 1.5 hrs and went to a tie breaker. Maighan saved one
match point and never gave up. Well done Maighan for a fantastic fight!
